At Quentic, I authored the AI design guidelines before the features shipped, designed 5 Whys and SDS Extract, and built the design→dev workflow my team ships with today. 7+ years across enterprise and B2B SaaS. AI-Assisted 5 Whys
An AI-assisted root cause analysis feature for Quentic's Investigations module. A guided wizard turns case data into a structured 5 Whys analysis, then hands the result back to the user as an editable grid. The case study covers the decisive calls: why AI gets its own surface, what the research said versus what shipped, and how every design decision is wired to a measurement.

Human-Centered AI Design Guidelines
I authored Quentic's design system for AI features: a manifesto, a token-based visual identity, and a three-tier classification (Micro, Mid, Main) that decides how an AI feature behaves before anyone starts designing it.

SDS Extract
An AI feature that turns supplier-issued safety data sheets into a reviewable diff against the existing chemical record. The case study is in the diff view: the rules for added, changed, and removed, and the controls that keep a compliance officer in charge.

A custom design system on top of MUI: tokens, components, Figma docs, and a token sync to GitLab so design and code never drifted. The work that turned design handoff from a meeting into a commit.
